Forever figuring it out
Welcome my lovely fellow human beings who – like me – have no idea how to live, yet love to ponder that question. That is exactly what these letters are all about. If you are looking for this kind of pondering and attempt at making sense of life from a personal perspective, this may be just that. Here you’ll find my thoughts, failures, feelings and experiences. And I hope that this will either give you a hit of joy simply from trying to understand life and how to live it, or make you feel comforted and connected, knowing there are other beginners at life out there.
I am such a beginner at life myself, or at least that’s how I feel, and even though I’m only thirty-one, I suspect this feeling will stay with me forever. This may partly be due to the fact that I’m autistic, which I discovered only in my late twenties. Not knowing before contributed to me burning out four years ago. I am doing much better now, but I am still recovering from both burnout and long Covid. This means that I am trying to navigate my life as someone who is both autistic and recovering from chronic fatigue. In these letters I take you with me on the journey of this new chapter in which I am rediscovering myself and life, trying to figure out what suits me, and stepping into the unknown with both fear and excitement.
